I have just gotten back to Lakeland after flying to Freeport twice today to deliver hurricane relief supplies to the victims of hurricane Dorian. Your generous donations are so much appreciated by the Bahamians I meet on my flights to Freeport and Nassau. Repeatedly, they ask me to convey their heartfelt thanks to you. You, who make OUR humanitarian flights possible through your donations. I say OUR because we are all in this together. I want to thank all of you for your efforts and kindness. So many of you have touched my heart with your support: John Appleboom, Don, James, Antonella, Ryan Helley, Mike & Christy Hammel, Cindee Stanley, LoProti, Sun State Janitorial Products, Gwen Kessell, Steve Sherwood and many more. You keep me flying! Ten days and 37 flights. I'm going to take a nap now...😴 ... See more

Hello all my Deep Six Divers, I have dove with you for well over 40 years and taken many of you to the Bahamas. They are in REAL pain right now and need all the help they can get- I know many of you are already giving a ton of aid and that is wonderful. One of our very own divers, Rob Garcia, has been flying his own plane back and forth to the Bahamas with loads of needed supplies. If you would like to donate to this cause and know everything is going directly to those in need, Deep Six Divers Service will be collecting and delivering to the airport everything you are willing to donate. Especially Needed Supplies -cans of food with pull rings -blankets -new clothes -toilet paper -bar soap -toothpaste -toothbrushes -feminine products -basic first aid supplies The plane’s capacity is 600lbs, so stay away from bottled water and super heavy items. Fuel round trip is $300- I am personally covering at least 1 round trip. If anyone else would like to pitch in, I know this will help offset the costs that up until this time, Rob has absorbed himself. Rob is also donating as much of his time to this cause as he can, which consists of him legally flying from approximately 4am to 8pm every day to the islands delivering supplies. Thanks to all of you, Good diving, Boomer ... See more
Wanted to take a minute and say congratulations to the Rapleys for a great job at the lake. Keep up the hard work and we are very proud that you guys stuck with it and didn't give up on yourselves. I'm really looking forward to a great weekend in the keys with you guys at the end of the month. Also congratulations to our newest IANTD open water diver Kelly, who Boomer said did very well this past weekend in the keys. I'm glad three of my students could take time out of their very special weekend to give me a little grief👌👇. I'm very excited to have you all in future classes exploring even more of this magnificent underwater world. Great job you guys. ... See more
