Deep Diver
The Deep Diver Course can be taught with or without Decompression and was developed to assist divers wishing to dive to a depth of 130 feet. This class provides a greater understanding of dive planning, decompression theory, physics, physiology, gas dynamics, in water skills, gear configuration and self-rescues. Completion of this course certifies you to dive to 130 feet and limits your decompression to 10 minutes without gas switches.

What is included:
- Academic sessions
- Confined water sessions

Prerequisites:
- Certified Advanced Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox Diver, and Recreational Essentials Diver
- Proof of at least 20 logged dives
Student responsibilities:
- Provides ALL scuba equipment
- Pays site entry fees and boat fees
- Purchases Student Manual/Workbook
Required equipment (beyond standard scuba gear):
- Lift bag (minimum 50 pounds of lift)
- Reel (minimum 140 feet of line)
- Two separate regulator systems:
- Dual outlet valve (H Valve) on primary cylinder with primary and alternate regulators OR standard valve on primary cylinder and another cylinder with a separate regulator.
- We recommend having at least a 40cuft cylinder to accommodate two dives
